MoneyGram - A hold was put on my bank account for a denied transaction
I tried for hours to send money on this so-called service.. First after waiting over an hour I was DENIED...
After calling and re-sending like i was told by Moneygram, webpage said it was approved only after i called and talked to an agent... then the transaction was denied 2 minutes later and a hold was put on my account for the funds that were supposed to be transferred. I called Moneygram and they said I would have to wait 10 business days for my funds to be available because of their mistake in sending a pending request for funds that were never approved by them...
This was my first and last time i will do business with Moneygram...Also clicked on DELETE MY ACCOUNT and the only thing removed was my password. All personal and credit info is still on their servers and was NOT DELETED as implied by clicking on DELETE MY ACCOUNT
What a total waste of time...

awful service, poorly speaking support, after 3 calls and dozen of questions, providing all personal information I was declined to send the money. with no reason explained. Its impossible to delete account on their website.
This company make me so pissed off. I sign up my account by mistake and I want to delete it. I'm call them by phone, tell them to delete my account but they asking me too many information that they shouldn't ask.
