Have isues with a transaction
Trying to send money
I was trying to send my daughter money through your online service which I had the most frustrating time trying to do. I am 80 years old and I can't get around as I could years ago and explain that to the MoneyGram agent I spoke to that's why I chose the online service.
Your rep took all my info and the info to who I was sending to and after all that she told me I had to go to a local MoneyGram to fund the transaction. What part of I was unable to go do that didn't she understand?
If I could go to the office then I wouldn't have been trying to send my daughter money through your online service. I'm so disappointed in MoneyGram and I will decline to use your service again.
