Unclaimed Remittance

I wasnt able to claim the money that my friend named Peter John Paul A. Turen from the Cruise Ship sent to me last September 3. I went to 3 moneygram branches, but it was unavailable. Before that, I tried to claim it thru gcash online, it was failed 3 times. Was it blocked thats why I cant claim the money? When I check it now on gcash, it appeared as its already claimed.

The operator was very polite. Unfortunately the service isn't helpful. You are unable to perform anything that remedies the problem and reason for the call. I had already tried to do it myself online.

The stupid teleprompter doesn't direct you to a human and rudely hangs up the call. Is either you deal with their *** and waste hours going back and forth with a teleprompter that does not understand English. Imagine asking me if I said "Greece" when I said Great Britain. A 2 syllable expression versus a one syllable word.

Trying to send money

I was trying to send my daughter money through your online service which I had the most frustrating time trying to do. I am 80 years old and I can't get around as I could years ago and explain that to the MoneyGram agent I spoke to that's why I chose the online service.

Your rep took all my info and the info to who I was sending to and after all that she told me I had to go to a local MoneyGram to fund the transaction. What part of I was unable to go do that didn't she understand?

If I could go to the office then I wouldn't have been trying to send my daughter money through your online service. I'm so disappointed in MoneyGram and I will decline to use your service again.
