i was told to calling in and stuff to make a payment transaction when i was at the store. so then i tried to sent and the representative on the line basically said i could sent the money i need.
not only did the representative make me look like a fool in front of the checkout line. i was in the pgone with her for more minutes. then i called back and was told i wouldnt be able to use moneygram ever again by the agent. never had this issue senting money.
the agents very rude to me and gave me an dont give a care attitude so i gave them the same attitude that wasnt given to me. i work in customer service also so i know how hard it get but try to help your customer instead of belittled them.
