went to 4 offices. 2 didn't have $500 dollars,, After presenting my passport, they wanted to know, if I was married,, was I retired??

what is your address, what is your telephone number.. ??? I am suprised they didn't ask to draw blood.. etc...

what does this matter.. I gave my Passport and reference number and did not get my money .. went to the forth office and they said the system was down.. Said I could sent money ,, but not recieve..

Wow... that sounds fishy... Costa Rica does not and never has been a customer service friendly Country.. I am very disappointed and will never use their services again...

I spent a half of a day and now am frustrated and tired..

don't plan on going back.. I am glad my friend put this transaction on a credit card so she can dispute it...
