Lost 1,000 dollars not 1dollars

February 5 I purchased two money grams one for thousand and another one for three dollars I ended up loosing the money order with in minutes of purchasing it I called moneygram and asked them to stop it they said they couldnt because it had recently been purchased but they said i could make a replacement claim and make a case about it so i did make a case for it that same day and the next day (FEB 6) they asked me to upload the copy of my receipt to make sure that Im the purchaser of the money gram I posted it on my case and then I waited no response I check everyday no email up date nothing until the 15th came around and I called moneygram they then proceed to tell me that my money order was cashed on the seventh I was sooo furious because I paid 45 dollars for this to be expedited so this wouldnt happen you guys should have stopped the process from even happening because there was a case documented immediately while I was on the phone asking for them to be cancelled then you guys tell me that I had to pay another 18 dollars to get the photocopy and that i need to go to the bank and show them the photocopy and I went to the bank yesterday talked to the branch manger that the moneygram was cashed at that you guys should have stopped the check from being cashed and followed the necessary procedure when it was reported this has been a very huge hassle for no reason because you guys dropped the ball and didnt stop the check when I notified your company an called and made a case all in the same day this needs to be rectified ASAP because this is your fault for not following your protocol on recovery of lost checks
