I understand that Money-gram is working hard to keep people from being scammed but what they don't realize is that their new way of doing things leaves people at risk. Today I went to my local moneygram center here in the USA and went up to the kiosk and was told I needed to call into moneygram.

I did as per the instruction but to my surprise the number of questions moneygram asked me about my personal information in a store full of people left me feeling very uneasy. The only thing that they didn't get to ask was the information on my birth certificate, I'm like what is this even the FBI know to respect consumer privacy.
