- - Tried the transaction at 3 Walmarts; it wouldn't process.
- - MoneyGram says my account is in good standing; DL was the issue at Walmart.
I went to Walmart to do the transaction, in fact 3 different Walmarts, and it would not process the transaction. The computer screen said that it gave no code, but the Associates finally figured out that it was me going by my DL is the reason it wouldn't allow the transaction.
I spoke with Moneygram and they said I was in good standing with my account with them. So, is it me or is it Walmart??

Necesitan gente con respuestas para el cliente. Yo deseo hacer envios desde estados unidos ya que deseo comprar casa en Colombia y no hay respuesta con sentido y el servicio al cliente es una máquina sin opciones razonables deberían de tener servicio humano 24 horas los 7 días, por eso western unión los está cerrando. El servicio al cliente debería de ser prioridad en cualquier negocio.

I will never ever use them again and recommend my senders to use a different bank! They sent me the wrong code, then when I called ad spoke to an agent she gave me a new reference number and told me I have to go back to the location and use that new number.
I organized myself went back to the location on the teller there told me that they cannot use this number at this time. I tried to call back to speak to customer service and all you get is the stupid automated voice that is just telling you too put in the reference number on the reference number is given me another D which is 48 hours which I needed the money in my account to stop an NFT fee anyway I will not be using MoneyGram again very poor service!
