I loaded my Visa card today for the first time. I knew these companies had hidden fees but needed this card for my teenager traveling.

I even called the company with questions, lots of menu choices with NO customer service. I tried to use my load free coupon which they sent to me but the retailer would not honor it. Then my card was charged 9.95 for a monthly fee. I plan to use this ONCE so I know I did not sign up for a month plan.

So it's $15 off the top to use this thing. I tried to call customer service, who knows how to actually get a person with this company.

I don't have the time. Never again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $15.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
