I'm so tired of dealing with outsourced customer service, not only because of the obvious economic implications and the big picture effect it has on other entry level workers in the United States, --I'm tired because it's harder to empathize with a person who has no cultural connection, and no way to understand that you don't want to explain to three different complete strangers, why you have to send money to your ex-boyfriend, who left you and went to go live with his mother in Tennessee.

I'm not using their service again after this, I'll stick to snail mail, and Paypal.
