I'm so tired of dealing with outsourced customer service, not only because of the obvious economic implications and the big picture effect it has on other entry level workers in the United States, --I'm tired because it's harder to empathize with a person who has no cultural connection, and no way to understand that you don't want to explain to three different complete strangers, why you have to send money to your ex-boyfriend, who left you and went to go live with his mother in Tennessee.

I'm not using their service again after this, I'll stick to snail mail, and Paypal.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person is quite happy with being royaly screwed and stated that there is a room for improvement of disrespectful representatives. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of moneygram customer care and associated monetary loss in the amount of $700. Moneygram needs to offer any options to resolve the issue according to poster's claims.
